Meet your Edutainer
Adam Dietrich is a Level 2 Sommelier with over 25 years of experience in the Hospitality industry. He received his certification from the International Sommeliers Guild and has a degree in Food Service Management from Johnson and Wales University, with a minor in beverage studies.
Adam began his career in Charlotte in some of the best restaurants in the city, curating wine lists and managing beverage programs. Transitioning his career, Adam was the Culinary Arts Instructor at Myers Park High School, where he shared his passion for food and cooking with his students for 8 years.
With his extensive knowledge of wine, food, and hospitality, Adam is a sought-after expert and consultant. He is committed to providing clients with the highest level of service and expertise, and is dedicated to sharing his passion for wine and food.
